I created a profile that can change the fan speed to 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% load on the fan since the video card stays at 40% unless the temp goes really high. The only changed that I made to the video card with Rivatuner was the fan speed. I also completed a memtest with version 1.70 and it passes. I had uninstalled the Nvidia drivers as mentioned in another ppost by using Driver Sweep in safe mode. (I tracked all the actions with Rivatuner 2.22) However, after a few seconds the core speed is dropped to 399.9 Mhz and the Shader to 799.2 Mhz. When I launch any game the core changes to 626 Mhz for the core and 1350 Mhz for the shader as it should. When I first launch windows the core speed is 300.9 Mhz and the shader core is 601.7 Mhz. I'm using the 180.48 Forceware drivers and I'm experiencing the following problem:
